This policy covers products you buy on Headpat Shop. Headpat is the seller of every product, so refunds come from us.

Not downloaded yet

If you have not downloaded any file of a product, you can refund it yourself within 14 days of buying it. Open the order from your library or from the link in your receipt and choose Refund. The refund is automatic and covers the full amount you paid, including tax.

Already downloaded

Once you have downloaded a product, you can ask for a refund within 180 days of buying it. Open the order and choose Ask for a refund, then tell us what is wrong. The creator or our staff will look at your request. We refund if the product is faulty, does not match its description, or does not work as stated.

You also keep your statutory rights for defective digital products, whatever this policy says.

What happens after a refund

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank this usually takes 5 to 10 days. The product leaves your library, and its license ends.

Free products

Free products cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Commissions

A commission is work a creator makes for you after you request it. You pay the creator's quote in full before work starts, and Headpat holds the creator's share until the commission is complete.

• Before you pay nothing is charged. You can withdraw your request at any time.
• After you pay, before work starts you can cancel and get the full amount back.
• While the creator works the creator can cancel, and you get the full amount back. You can no longer cancel on your own; if something goes wrong, open a dispute.
• After delivery you accept the work, ask for one of the revisions included in the offer, or open a dispute. If you do none of these within 7 days, the work counts as accepted.

In a dispute, Headpat staff read the conversation and look at the files, then decide: a full refund, a partial refund, or payment to the creator. Once a commission is accepted it can't be refunded, apart from your statutory rights.

Memberships

A membership is charged every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on your memberships page: nothing more is charged, and you keep your access until the end of the month you paid for.

A month that has started is not refunded, because its included downloads are available to you right away, apart from your statutory rights. If you were charged by mistake, write to help@headpat.shop and we will look at it.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before you file a chargeback with your bank. We can usually sort things out faster. Write to help@headpat.shop.
